Sharps ("the App," "we," "us") is a read-only analytics tool for publicly available Polymarket / on-chain prediction-market data. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't. Using an account is optional — the App's core features work without signing in. The App is intended for adults.
You can use the App fully without an account. If you choose to sign in, we support three optional methods: email verification code, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In. Creating an account lets you sync your preferences across devices and use the daily check-in reward.
We never see your Apple or Google credentials, and no provider shares your password with us — only the fields listed above.
If you are signed in, we associate the following with your account so we can operate the service and keep it consistent across your devices: the wallets you follow and your in-app preferences, your daily check-in records, and basic usage of in-app features. We use this to run the features you enable, sync your data across devices, and improve and personalize the analytics we show you. We do not sell this data and do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your name, payment card, or billing details.
If you are not signed in, your followed wallets, recently viewed wallets, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us (except the watched addresses above, while alerts are on).
No password; no phone number; no precise location; no advertising identifiers or third-party advertising / tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your personal data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The App analyzes PUBLIC on-chain data — public wallet addresses and their public Polymarket trades. This is public blockchain information, not your personal data. We never access your wallets, private keys, or funds.
To run the service we use Apple (in-app purchases, push delivery, and Sign in with Apple), Google (Google Sign-In, only if you choose it), an email delivery provider to send verification codes, Polymarket's public APIs, our own hosting backend, and a blockchain node provider (e.g., Alchemy). Any third party that receives data from us is required to protect it to the same standard described in this policy and to use it only to provide the service; we do not authorize them to sell it or use it independently.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time inside the App (Me → Account → Delete account); this permanently removes your account and its associated data from our servers. We keep your push token, watched addresses, and device-language preference only while alerts are enabled, and delete them when you disable alerts or when the token becomes invalid. You can also email support@sharpspredict.com to request deletion of any data associated with you or your device. Deleting the App removes all on-device data.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

本应用分析的是公开链上数据——公开钱包地址及其在 Polymarket 的公开交易。这是公开区块链信息,不是你的个人数据。我们绝不接触你的钱包、私钥或资金。
为提供服务,我们使用:Apple(内购、推送投递、通过 Apple 登录)、Google(Google 登录,仅在你选择时)、用于发送验证码的邮件投递服务商、Polymarket 公开 API、我们自己的托管后端,以及区块链节点服务商(如 Alchemy)。任何从我们处接收数据的第三方,都须按本政策所述的同等标准保护这些数据,并仅用于提供服务;我们不授权其出售或自行使用。

本应用面向成年人,不面向儿童。我们不会在知情的情况下收集任何所在地区未成年人的数据。
