The App is an independent, informational analytics and educational tool for publicly available prediction-market data. It does NOT provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; it does NOT execute, route, or settle any trade or order; and it does NOT hold your funds, wallets, or private keys.
The App is NOT a gambling, betting, wagering, brokerage, money-transmission, or trading service, and it does NOT enable you to place, route, or settle any bet, wager, trade, or order. The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Polymarket or any market operator; all market names and data are referenced for informational purposes only. Prediction markets may be restricted or prohibited where you live; you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any third-party market is lawful in your jurisdiction.
All content (scores, signals, consensus, and market data) is public-data analytics for reference only — not investment advice, with no order execution and no custody of funds. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and any market participation carries risk of loss.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
Pro and Premium are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the App or its data, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App and its analysis methodology are our property. Public market data belongs to its respective sources.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved under the terms below. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis; you and we waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may update the App or these terms; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the standard Apple EULA, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
